Tony Lepre - Guitar (Sound Cloud)

 

Tony Lepre is from Los Angeles, California. He started playing music at the age of 13 and was actively playing in local bands at 14. He is a singer, songwriter, guitarist and bassist.

 

During the years of 1981 through 1987, he was an integral part of the Los Angeles local music scene, playing in local Rock/Metal bands “Legacy” (USA) and “Highway”.

 

During the years of 1990 through 1994 he was in “Out Of Bounds” an underground Rock / Metal band that received a great review in Kerrang for their live self titled EP.

 

From 1996 to 1999, he played in Punk bands “Can Pipe” and “Bad Americans”, which both released self titled albums and toured regionally.

 

In 2000, He formed “Gunther Stone”, the Rootsy, Americana, Alternative Country band. In 2001 they released the “Take Me Back” EP and toured regionally in support of the release.

 

In 2001 He formed “Sloka”. This “Hi energy Rock with Punk Tude” band,, over the next 10 years, released 4 albums, and toured extensively in the southwest regional punk rock music market.

“Sloka” has released the following albums: “All You Can Eat”, “SNS”, “Slap Happy”, “Drinking Loud Music”, and in 2017 released,  “10 years of Tearing it Up, a Decade of Destruction, Sloka & Destroy”. (This compilation album of 22 songs includes both studio and live recordings. The band is currently touring regionally in support of this release.)

 

In 2009 He formed the Hard Rock band “Maleki Theory”, (playing Bass) which released their self titled EP in 2010 and toured regionally in support of the album.

 

In 2012 He formed the Hard Rock Metal band “CriticalMass”, (playing Bass) which released their EP “2 Weeks Notice” and toured regionally in support of the album.

 

In 2013 he formed the Bloozy Hard Rock band “PAID”, which released their self titled EP in 2013, and in 2015 released the “Moment of Clarity” album. They toured regionally in support of both albums.

 

In 2013 he joined Punk /Alt Hard Rock band “Brass Knuckle Voodoo”, (playing Bass) which released “Cradle the Filth” and toured regionally in support of the album.

 

In 2014 he formed the old school Hard Rock Metal band “Attack of the Rising”, which released their self titled EP in 2015 and toured regionally in support of the album. They are currently in pre-production for their upcoming full length release and subsequent touring in support of the album.

 

In 2017 he formed the Hard Melodic Bloozy Progressive Rock band “Stone Cyn Hwy” which is currently in pre-production for their upcoming full length release subsequent touring in support of the album.

 

In 2017 he joined the Heavy Stoner Rock band “Dead 96” which is currently touring regionally and in pre-production for their upcoming release.

 

As a producer, Tony has produced the releases from, Gunther Stone, Sloka,  and co-produced releases from Maleki Theory, Critical Mass,  P.A.I.D. and Attack Of The Rising.

 

Tony through his publishing company, ALLYOUCANEAT Music BMI, is a registered publisher and songwriter, with over 60 titles to his credit.
